A Delaware State Trooper informed 15-year-old Amelia Kramer's family that her face had been digitally added to pornographic images and spread across the internet. Over a dozen victims identified alongside her, nearly all minors.
Outcome: Directly inspired House Bill 353, the 'Amelia Kramer Act,' making it a felony when an adult creates such imagery of a minor. Signed by Gov. Carney in 2024.
