Multiple teenage female students; at least 2 identified Newman students; numerous unknown girls from Instagram

A teacher and tennis coach was initially arrested after NCMEC flagged online accounts uploading CSAM tied to him. A search of his devices revealed he had taken Instagram photos of teenage girls, fed them into an AI platform, and generated nude deepfake images. He also took unauthorized photos of 5th-grade girls in his classroom.

Outcome: Arrested four times, facing over 100 counts including 60 counts of unlawful deepfakes and 25 counts of CSAM possession. Fired by Newman School and remains in custody.

At least 8 female middle school students (ages ~13) and 2 adults

Male students used AI 'nudify' tools to create sexually explicit deepfake images of female classmates, circulating them via Snapchat. A 13-year-old girl reported the images, and after seeing them on a bus, she physically assaulted the perpetrator, leading to her expulsion.

Outcome: One male student was charged with 10 counts of unlawful dissemination of AI-created images, believed to be the first prosecution under Louisiana's 2024 deepfake law. The expelled girl was allowed to return on probation, and her family plans a federal lawsuit.
