AI-generated depictions of prepubescent girls and teenagers

Joel Kerbrat, 70, a registered sex offender, used an AI image generation program to create CSAM. He was a member of a Discord group promoting AI-generated pornographic images and visited a website titled 'build a preteen' hundreds of times.

Outcome: Pled guilty. Admitted creating 52 images of CSAM and 251 images of 'potential CSAM.' Sentencing scheduled June 2026. Faces up to 10 years.
