The school's content-monitoring app flagged a 'severe/sexual' alert on a teacher's school-issued laptop. Investigation revealed the teacher had used an AI website to create sexually explicit videos of 8 female students, ages 14-16, by inputting their still images and detailed prompts. He uploaded the content to his personal Google Drive during the school day.

Outcome: Teacher resigned, was arrested on federal charges, and pleaded guilty to distribution of child pornography, facing up to 10 years. The Superintendent was terminated for failing to report the incident.
