Outcome: FCPS proposed discipline policy including mandatory Title IX review, parent notification, up to 5-day suspension, referral to law enforcement.

Maggie Southall Bartz, 18, received 12 AI-generated nude images of herself via Instagram DM. The perpetrator stole photos from her childhood modeling portfolio and used AI to create realistic nude images.

Outcome: Police investigated but perpetrator used a VPN, making the computer untraceable. Case never solved, no arrest.
